Camlin Create · Beta

Camlin CreateTalk, and it appears.

Say what you want and watch it take shape on the canvas while a Camlin avatar talks you through it. A game you can play, a little animated film, a research paper with its sources, a phone receptionist for your business, a part you can print. Then keep talking: it changes the same piece rather than starting again.

Free while in beta. Nothing to install; a laptop or headset browser with a microphone is enough. See everything it can do →

Made with Create

Real things people have asked for

Every tile is a real creation made in the beta, pictured as the platform renders it — no mock-ups. The shared ones open and play in your browser.

One conversation

Circle → window → detail → 3D → VR → game

A small worked example of how a piece grows: six asks, one avatar, one canvas. Everything above started the same way — with a sentence.

You say what you want; the Camlin avatar in Create makes it on the canvas beside it while it talks you through it, one ask at a time — from a yellow circle to a 3D gameA man points at a laptop running Camlin Create: the avatar in its panel on the left, talking, and the canvas on the right. Four beats. “Draw a yellow circle.” — a yellow circle draws itself in; Done. What next? “Make it a window.” — the circle becomes a round window with sky and a hill behind it. “Add some detail.” — a wall, a sill, violet curtains, a plant, evening outside. “Make it a 3D game.” — the room in perspective with a floor grid, the window on the far wall, a player block and a controller and play button; Ready. Press play. A spark crosses from the avatar to the canvas at each ask.Draw a yellow circle.Make it a window.Add some detail.Make it a 3D game.Done. What next?A window. 1. 1

    Circle

    “Draw a yellow circle.”

A clean drawing lands in a few seconds and the avatar tells you what it did.

  2. 2

    Window

“Make it a window with a view.”

The drawing becomes a page: frame, sky, hills, a little life behind the glass.

  3. 3

    Detail

“Add curtains and a cat on the sill.”

It edits the piece you have, not a new one. Undo is one click.

  4. 4

    3D

    “Turn the room into 3D.”

A lit three‑dimensional scene you can orbit, with the same window and cat.

  5. 5

    VR

    “Let me stand in it.”

On a headset browser the scene opens as an immersive space. On a laptop it stays on the canvas.

  6. 6

    Game

“Make the cat catch mice — a game.”

A playable game with keys and a score, written and repaired live. Bigger asks take about a minute.

What it is

A maker you talk to

Camlin Create is a maker you talk to. A Camlin avatar — Nicola, Cara, Arc, Sam or any of the others — listens, replies out loud within a few seconds, and works on the canvas beside it while it speaks. It makes games, animated stories, web pages, 3D scenes and printable models, apps with code, slide decks, documents, guides and Camlin Connect assistants, and it keeps working on the same piece when you ask for changes.

It is as much for work and research as for play. Ask for a discussion paper and it writes one with a contents page and web search behind it; attach a spreadsheet and it charts it; ask for a deck and the avatar can present it. Then export to PDF, Word or PowerPoint.

It runs in the browser. Speech recognition is Camlin Speech, the avatar and voice are the Camlin Avatar channel, and the making is done by a frontier model. Create a free account to save what you make, keep every version, and share each one with a link.

What you can make

Say it, and it is on the canvas

One avatar, one conversation, ten kinds of thing — for play, for work, for research. Every one of them keeps taking changes when you ask. How to ask for each one →

One conversation, many kinds: out of the Create mark come a drawing, a page or a game, a 3D scene or model, slides, documents and guides, an app with code, and a Camlin Connect assistantA drawingA page or a gameA 3D scene or modelSlides, docs, guidesAn app with codeA Camlin Connect assistant
  • Drawings

Vector drawings that appear as they stream. Ask for more detail, a colour, a different shape.

  • Pages

Web pages and small interactive pieces, rendered live in a sandbox.

  • Games

Tiny games you can play right there. A runtime error gets one automatic repair.

  • 3D scenes & printable models

Scenes you can step into on a headset, and parametric models you can download as GLB, STL, OBJ or USDZ.

  • Apps with code

Multi-file apps in JavaScript or TypeScript, with the code beside the preview and an editor when you want it.

  • Slide decks

Slides with speaker notes the avatar can read. Export to PowerPoint or PDF.

  • Documents

Written pieces in Markdown, exportable to Word or PDF.

  • Guides

Step-by-step walkthroughs with checks and small illustrations; the avatar narrates each step.

  • Camlin Connect assistants

A phone or chat receptionist, booking line or menu, built for real in Camlin Connect from your conversation. Try it by text on the canvas; publishing waits for a person to approve it in Builder.

For families

School nights, class programmes, and games that stay kind

The same conversation that makes a receptionist or a research paper makes things for home and school. Ask out loud; it lands on the canvas.

  • A term planner made in Create: Term 2 Science, laid out week by week, with the first two weeks tickedTerm 2 · ScienceWk 1 PlantsWk 2 WaterWk 3 Night sky

    Education programmes

A term of lessons or a club activity pack, drafted in conversation and kept as a document or a deck the avatar can present.

  • A Saturday pikelets guide on a tablet: the Maker in a small panel reads the steps out loud; Wash hands and Mix batter are ticked, Bake 12 min is nextSATURDAY PIKELETSWash handsMix batterBake 12 min

    Guides

Step-by-step for homework, a science fair or the family tablet, with checks and the avatar reading each step out loud.

  • A times-table card made in Create: 7 × 8 with three answers, 56 lit as the right one7 × 8545658

    Learning tools

A times-table trainer, a map quiz, a chart from the class spreadsheet. Interactive pages that take the next ask.

  • Catch the stars on a phone: a paddle, three falling stars and a score of 12; a parent holds the phone and smiles12

    Age-appropriate games

Tiny games with a score, not a shop. Catch, count, spell or explore — then share a link to the family phone.

How it works

Speech first, canvas as it streams

  • Speech first

The avatar answers in three to five seconds, before the artefact is finished, so you are never waiting on a blank screen.

  • Progressive canvas

Drawings appear as they stream. Games and scenes build in front of you, and a runtime error gets one automatic repair. 3D scenes open in WebXR on a headset browser.

  • Every version kept

Every ask edits the piece on the canvas. Undo and redo walk a history with snapshots, and you can start a new creation from any older version.

  • Share to any phone

Share a creation as a link or a QR code. It opens full screen on a phone, playable, before the other person has an account.

  • Bring your own material

Attach photos, PDFs, spreadsheets or text to an ask. The maker can search the web when a fact matters and draw pictures when a page needs them.

  • Bigger asks keep going

A big build shows its progress and keeps working if you close the tab. Max mode gives the largest jobs the model’s full budget.

Camlin Create on a phone, Chat tab: the avatar Nicola fills the screen above the conversation and the composer.
Camlin Create on a phone, Canvas tab: the Apex Kart racing game on its start grid with Left, Right, Brake and Accelerate touch buttons.
On a phone, Create stacks into Chat and Canvas tabs — the same creation, the same avatar, portrait or landscape.

Coming next

Create is the front door to what we build next

The same avatar and canvas will open onto more of the Camlin family. Two are in development now.

    Camlin Avatar Studio

    In development

Make a Camlin avatar of yourself from a few photos or a short video, give it a voice, and put it to work — in Create, on your website, in Camlin Connect. Guided capture, an honest side-by-side with your photo, a few sliders, then it blinks, smiles and speaks.

  • The Maker, on a tablet, walks a statement of work section by section and shows the source beside each claim; the person writing it decides1 Scope2 Approach3 Next stepssource shownsection by sectionthe avatar asksyou decide

    The Drafter

    In development

A documentation tool that drafts with you. The avatar walks a document section by section, asks what is missing, and offers what your organisation already knows and decided — with the source shown — so a statement of work or a report starts from memory, not a blank page.
